Dr. Salem is awesome! He’s supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

Family Doctor: Dr. Wesam Salem

My GP does more than rock: he’s supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! From our first visit, about 5-6 years ago, he demonstrated caring, interest, and respect. With each subsequent visit, he greeted me with eye contact that he maintained throughout the visit, a smile and a pre-Covid-19, handshake. I am a retired registered nurse and from the get-go, he valued my knowledge and experience.

I have had significant health challenges and Dr. Salem is always up to date on current medical data, research, and trends. He, in a collaborative manner, discusses treatment options with me and offers potential solutions to my optimize my quality of life. He makes suggestions in presenting options for me to follow. Dr. Salem makes it clear that ongoing dialogue in our physician-patient relationship is an integral part of the process of him seeing me.

He is clear that my choices in my treatment path are my own and not dictated by his preferences. I have always had excellent access to him as a resource. If I indicated in my call to his clinic, that my needs were immediate, I would be seen in a very timely manner. Since Covid-19, he has utilized Medeo to enhance communication when office visits were not necessary for me. In every interaction I have had, there has been satisfaction in knowing that he has been working hard to meet my needs, as I see them. Never (and I am 73) have I had the ’service’ of such a responsive physician.
