Family Doctor: Dr. Suzanne Squires

I just love my family doc, her name is Dr. Suzanne Squires and she works at the Westgrove clinic in Spruce Grove, Alberta. I have been in her practice for about five years now. She is kind, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and treats you with respect. She always greets you with a smile when walking into the exam room. She always makes time to hear any concerns you may have about your health and doesn’t make you feel rushed.
When I was left without a doctor after my doctor of 33 years retired I was unable to find a female practitioner taking new patients. I settled for a male doctor that year and never went back because of the way I was treated. I had also lost trust in general for doctors after that experience.

The first appointments with Dr. Squires were hard for me because I just didn’t trust anyone. Dr. Squires was patient with me and eventually I told her about my experience with this particular male physician and she continues to help me heal.

I am unsure what health challenges life will send my way, but I am sure that I am blessed to be a patient of Dr. Squires and will continue to receive the very best of care!
