Family Doctor: Gary Samycia

Doctor Samycia has been my family’s doctor for as long as I can remember. He has supported myself, my mom, my dad, and my sister since we moved to Edmonton in 1994 when I was just 5 years old. He has now taken on my husband and my sister’s husband. He is an incredible doctor. He LISTENS and he CARES and he takes time for every appointment. It’s not unusual to get a call from him regarding an update or concerns (appt. follow up) in the evening or even on the weekend – a true testament to his care for his patients. His gentle and approachable nature makes it easy to talk about any medical concerns while his knowledge and expertise is current and trusted.

My family can’t thank Dr. Samycia enough for being such a great family doctor. He’s a true example of #familydocsrock.
