Family Doctor: Shirley Traynor

Our family doctor is exceptionally kind, caring and thorough. Over the course of two decades, Dr. Traynor has seen my husband and I through our marriage, the births of our children, and the ups and downs of family life.

Dr. Traynor takes the time to listen, and she acts on our concerns to the best of her ability. When I became very ill this year, she called our home every day to check on me. She personally met us at the urgent care centre. She followed up on my care throughout a long hospitalization. Now that I have been diagnosed with an aggressive cancer, Dr. Traynor has extended great kindness to our family. She inquires about our emotional health, and has been a rock as our family navigates great upheaval and change.

Dr. Traynor has journeyed alongside our family through many seasons of life. We are truly grateful for her compassionate and reliable care over more than twenty years of relationship. Thank you for everything you do, Dr. Traynor.
