Dr. Pfeifer’s compassion and empathy have gone far beyond treating my physical illnesses. She has helped me learn to see myself with more kindness and grace during difficult domestic times in my life. She listens with genuine care and kindness in her eyes and her advice is always given with warmth, patience, and understanding. I have never felt rushed or dismissed; only supported and truly cared for. During my difficult adjustment to my husband’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis, Dr. Pfeifer has been my greatest support. Her kindness toward him and the compassion she has shown us has meant more than words can express. Her care has touched not only my health but also my heart. I will always be deeply grateful for the comfort, strength, and humanity she brings to all my appointments.
